Job Description:
Venn Group are working with a Private Healthcare organisation who are looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to join their small Finance team.
Salary: £28,000 - £31,500 pa
Location: Central London
Hybrid: 1 day in London a month - will look at remote options
Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Finance Director, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Managing the purchase ledger and monthly payment run
* Monitoring and reconciling supplier accounts regularly
* Updating and reconciling daily sales reports, cashbook, and bank reconciliations
* Performing credit control duties as needed
* Preparing and posting staff expenses
* Processing payments
* Purchasing goods for all sites/departments and creating POS’s
* Assisting the Management Accountant in preparing monthly management accounts
* Resolving internal and external financial queries
* Maintaining key controls and reconciliations to ensure compliance with financial regulations
* Responding promptly to travel expense-related queries
* Handling ad-hoc projects assigned by the Finance Director
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
* Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
