Job Description:
A dynamic and forward-thinking Construction & Property Consultancy based in Birmingham is seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing team.
The Construction Project Manager Role
The successful Project Manager will join a dynamic and thriving company spread across three strategic offices with a strong team of seven project managers in Birmingham. This is a pivotal role that will contribute significantly to the company’s growth.
With a current turnover projected to reach £2 million this year and an ambitious goal of £2.85 million next year, the firm aims to expand its group turnover from £8 million to £20 million in the next four years. This growth trajectory makes it an ideal time to join the company.
They have secured an impressive pipeline of projects which will see them primed to achieve these exciting expansion goals. Not sector specific, this consultancy gets involved in an interesting variety of projects including industrial, offices, education, build-to-rent, student accommodation, biodiversity, ecclesiastical, listed buildings, public projects, and automotive, with typical values ranging from £300k to £60m, and a major scheme exceeding £400m.
This role offers a clear path to Directorship within two years for the right candidate, providing an exceptional chance for career advancement and professional development.
The Construction Project Manager
The ideal Associate Project Manager will enjoy working in a friendly and dynamic environment, be eager to work autonomously within a flexible firm and help grow this client account long term.
You will also possess:
* MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM or currently working towards ideally
* Holds a BSc or MSc in Construction related field
* Previous experience in a Project Manager role within a UK Consultancy, ideally operating at a senior level
* A successful track record managing projects from inception to completion through all RIBA stages
