CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
MONDAY - FRIDAY: 09.30 - 18.00
£12.15 PER HOUR
People Solutions are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for our client based in Nuneaton.

Day to Day Duties
* Process a large volume of customer contact forms
* Conduct document checking and queries
* Data preparation and input
* Transposing data to Google Sheets
* Assist with preparation, recording and reporting requirements
* Assist with the day-to-day flow of administrative requirements in relation to company operations
Essential Skills
* Experience in data entry
* Superb written and verbal communication skills
* Fast typing ability, with an eye for accuracy
* Proficiency with spreadsheets and online forms
* Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
Desirable Experience
* Background in handling customer inquiries
* Resolving issues, and providing exceptional service
* Experience with software and technology used in customer service
* Strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution experience
