A creative Design Services company based in London are looking for a Commercial Finance Assistant to join their team.
The company collaborates with some big house-hold brand helping them to broaden their thinking and use creativity to create more ambitious futures.
This position will play a key part in the finance team, reporting to the Finance Business Partner and working closely with the other members of wider team. You will provide support to the Finance Business Partner in all the monthly, annual, and ad hoc commercial performance and planning activities of the business.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Delivering timely and accurate performance reports
* Assisting the Finance Business Partner with Commercial Reporting e.g. Revenue Forecasting and Pipeline Analysis
* Producing and identifying trends , highlighting areas for improvement.
* Partnering with the Partnerships & Growth Team to ensure tracking of leads and relevant data
* Updating accounting system with personnel changes
* Reporting revenue opportunity, overtime and TOIL reporting
* Assist in preparing the Monthly Commercial Reporting Pack
* Contribute to Quarterly Board Meeting Packs
* Support system enhancements and process improvements to streamline financial operations and increase efficiency.
* Support Finance Business Partner with ad-hoc commercial requests
The ideal candidate will have a minimum or 2 years finance experience and will be studying towards ACCA/CIMA.
