Description
* Managing and maintaining strong client relationships with UK retailers
* Creating and implementing strategic plans to grow accounts
* Coordinating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
* Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
* Providing feedback and market intelligence to the management team
* Ensuring all client orders are processed in time and on full, identifying and resolving any issues where necessary
Profile
A successful Account Manager should have:
* Strong understanding of customer service in the retail industry
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficiency with MS Office in particular MS Excel
* Confident in building relationships internally and externally
* Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
