Conveyancing Paralegal - Central London

#### Role Overview
This role is ideal for an experienced conveyancing paralegal adept at managing a diverse caseload, including freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, and new build transactions. You will support an experienced solicitor with their varied residential property caseload, utilising the industry’s leading Case Management system.
#### Key Responsibilities
- Assist solicitors in progressing files promptly
- Maintain compliance with Service Level Agreements and regulatory requirements
- Handle case enquiries via telephone and email, delivering first-class customer service
- Enhance client experience using advanced conveyancing systems and technology
- Liaise with clients, lenders, mortgage brokers, and other solicitors
- Maintain detailed telephone notes and promptly handle communications
- Obtain redemption statements and conduct pre-completion searches
- Submit property searches and assist with completions
- Prepare and manage Requisitions on Title, completion statements, invoices, and exchange/completion letters
- Take on additional tasks to support Case Managers/Senior Case Managers
- Accurately input data into the case management system
#### Skills and Experience Required
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal or similar role
- Proficiency in handling leasehold and new build files
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong client relationships
- Experience with Case Management Systems and Visual Files preferred
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
