Job Description:
Job Title: Transport Administrator
Job description: We are currently recruiting for a temporary Transport Administrator based in Speke, Liverpool
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Immediate start 
Duties will include:
* Data entry onto excel spreadsheets
* Liaison with the Customer Service Team when required
* Checking vehicle check sheets and dealing with discrepancies
* Completing delivery notes for completed jobs, signatures and other information
* Analysing training records to understand requirements – CPC records
* Gathering vehicle file information on the computer system and creating hard copies
* Inputting dates and information on calendars
The successful candidate:
* Strong attention to detail
* Great communication skills
* Computer literate
* Previous experience in a transport administrator-based role is desirable, but not essential
* Can start on short notice
