* Providing first-rate customer service and technical advice to residents.
* First point of contact handling maintenance and repair enquiries promptly.
* Coordinating with maintenance teams to resolve repair issues.
* Updating clients on repair progress and following up until resolution.
* Recording and maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.
* Contributing to team meetings and sharing best practice knowledge.
* Continuously enhancing knowledge about the property industry and customer service strategies.
Profile
A successful Maintenance and Repair Advisor should have:
* A solid background in customer service, preferably within the property industry.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Adept problem-solving abilities.
* A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
* Proficiency in IT systems and databases.
