A leading consultancy in London is actively seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager with a keen focus on office fit-outs, refurbishments, rebuilds, and projects in the commercial and leisure sectors.

The Construction Project Manager Role
As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in various aspects of project management. Your responsibilities will be diverse and engaging, offering a comprehensive experience in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
* Crafting design briefs and technical specifications for construction projects.
* Conducting detailed cost analyses and financial planning for projects.
* Navigating planning permission processes and ensuring compliance with Building Regulations.
* Leading the coordination of design teams and specialist consultants for project execution.
* Managing contractors to ensure cohesive project progress.
* Overseeing budget management across all stages of the project lifecycle.
* Providing consistent and effective communication with clients.
* Administering health and safety protocols, including conducting safety reviews and audits.
* Creating detailed As Built and maintenance documentation post-completion.
The Construction Project Manager
* At least 2 years of relevant experience in a consultancy, design, or contractor setting.
* A BSc/MSc degree in Construction Management or a related field.
* Strong organisational skills and an aptitude for managing complex projects.
* Excellent communication skills, fostering effective team collaboration.
* A proactive approach, capable of handling a variety of construction projects.
* Professional chartership, such as MRICS or MCIOB desirable but not essential
