Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - this is essential
* Eligibility to work in the UK is essential
* An enhanced DBS on the update service
* Minimum of 3 Months teaching experience in the UK
* Experience of teaching Maths in KS3 and KS4
* A proven track record of recent and successful class teaching in an 11-16 school
* Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their development
Responsibilities
* Must deliver Maths lessons up to KS4 GCSE
* Plan, prepare, and deliver suitable lessons within the specialist subject area, ensuring accessibility for all students
* Attend staff training sessions and meetings
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student growth and achievement.
* Uphold discipline using various classroom management techniques in alignment with the school’s behaviour management policy
* Guide students in applying mathematical concepts to real-world scenarios
