The Manchester based team are at the forefront of real estate law, handling high-profile transactions and providing innovative solutions to a diverse client bas which includes individual homeowners to large corporations and public sector bodies, each requiring tailored legal advice and services to meet their unique needs.
Position Overview:
My client are seeking a talented and motivated Real Estate Solicitor (0-2 PQE) to join their dynamic team in Manchester. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of complex and high-value transactions, providing exceptional legal services to our clients.
The caseload is varied but not limited to underleases, lease renewals, licenses, disposals and acquisition, sales and purchases, development projects and landlord and tenant.
