Conveyancer
Wirral/Hybrid
£35,000 - £40,000
Are you based on the Wirral or local to the Wirral and looking for a new Conveyancing role? My client known for its exceptional client care and offering a friendly working environment is looking for and experienced fee earner to join their property department.
The successful candidate will work alongside their own Conveyancing Assistant, dealing with mainly domestic conveyancing of freehold and leasehold properties including sales and purchase, re-mortgages. Predominantly this work will incorporate the process up to completion.
You will be enthusiastic and have a “can do” attitude and approach to work. You will also be reliable, dependable, and discreet and a strong team player. In return once you have completed your two weeks of training, you will have the option of full-time hybrid working if you are able to come into the office every now and then. Also, a clear path to career progression and support in doing so.
