Key Responsibilities:

* Classroom Management: Establish a positive and inclusive learning environment, managing classroom behaviour effectively.
* Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability by seamlessly integrating into different school settings and following the curriculum guidelines.
* Assessment: Assess and evaluate student’s progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic development.
* Collaboration: Work collaboratively with school staff and colleagues to contribute to a positive school culture and environment.
* Professional Development: Stay informed about educational developments, trends, and best practices, and actively seek opportunities for professional growth.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 students.
* Strong classroom management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Flexibility to adapt to different school settings.
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
