Practice Lead, £50.33ph, Fostering, Cheshire
Pertemps are recruiting for qualified and experienced Practice Lead to join the Fostering Service.

Job Purpose
To assist in the organisation and development of the delivery of Social Services in a defined area of service by supervising, supporting and advising the team.  To contribute to the management, delivery and operation of a range of measurably high-quality, cost-effective services to meet individual need.  To manage a cohort of social workers.

Duties
* Oversee the performance of social workers
* Quality assurance of carers files
* To ensure Visits by workers to carers are within agreed timescales
* Oversee fostering assessments of both mainstream and connected carers which need to be presented at Fostering Panel.
* Oversee viabilities and Reg 24 assessments are completed within a timely manner.
Requirements:
* Experience/ knowledge/skills of working within a fostering team
* Experience of Supervising fostering social workers
* Support with managers duty rota
* SWE registration
