A young and dynamic construction company, dedicated to delivering high-end private residential projects, is seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Thame, Oxfordshire.

The Quantity Surveyor’s Role
* Delivering contractually robust tenders to meet deadlines
* Managing contracts accurately and professionally
* Procuring and managing subcontractor and supplier accounts post-tender
* Conducting project valuation, forecasting, and financial submission
* Involvement in tender processes and contract negotiations
* Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with clients, architects, PQS firms, suppliers, and subcontractors
* Working methodically, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
The Quantity Surveyor’s Experience
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry
* Strong knowledge of contract law and regulations
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools
* Ability to work methodically and accurately
* MRICS qualification preferred but not essential
