* Location: Doncaster area
* Start Date: September 2024
* Duration: Initially until the end of December, with potential extension into January

* Pay Rate: £100 to £120 per day

This long-term, on-going role offers an exciting opportunity to support students’ learning and development in a supportive and collaborative setting. Your role will be integral to the success and well-being of our pupils, working closely with teachers to enhance the educational experience.
Key Responsibilities: * Supporting Learning: Work alongside teachers to deliver lessons and support students’ learning, providing individual and group interventions where needed.
* Classroom Management: Assist in maintaining a positive and conducive learning environment, ensuring that classroom management strategies are effectively implemented.
* Lesson Planning: Collaborate with teachers to plan and prepare engaging and effective lessons, utilising a range of teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
* Student Assessment: Help in assessing students’ progress, providing feedback, and supporting their individual educational plans.
* Resource Preparation: Assist in the preparation and organisation of classroom resources and materials.
* Parental Engagement: Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates on student progress and involvement in school activities.
* Professional Development: Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements: * Qualifications: HLTA qualification or equivalent, with relevant experience in a primary school setting.
* Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students. Proficient in classroom management and lesson planning.
* Attributes: Passionate about education, patient, and adaptable, with a positive and proactive approach to supporting children’s learning.
* Commitment: Ability to commit to the role starting in September 2024, with availability to work until the end of December and possibly into January.
