Job Description:
A City of London law firm with an enviable client base are looking to make a key hire into their Employment law team. The successful candidate will have acquired upwards of 8 years PQE and spent the latter part of their career in a good City of London or regional environment. Salary is upwards of £120,000 with excellent benefits.

You will join a small, extablished Employment Law team, at Legal Director level, reporting to the Head of Department. The day to day will vary and be orientated around the provision of employment law advice to UK based corporates that will include the subsiduaries of some of the world’s biggest companies. Employment Law Solicitors will be busy enough with the existing caseload, but some corporate following or a demonstrable ability to build out relationships and secure new work, will unlock the higher salary levels.

Applications are invited from ambitious and motivated Senior Employment Solicitors or Legal Directors who are looking to make a progressive career move and supercharge their salary beyond what is the benchmark in the UK100. Still interested? You will have acquired upwards of 8 PQE in a good legal environment and possess excellent Employment Law know how, majoring in corporate respondent work. Personality wise, good people person with a sense of adventure.
