Job Description:
Are you an experienced Pensions Team Leader or Pensions Project Team Leader with a passion for project administration? We are looking for experienced Pensions professional to join a leading Pensions Consultancy within their rapidly expanding team.
About the role:
Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint a Pensions Project Team Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, leading and managing pension projects to a portfolio of DB & DC administration clients; projects will include annual scheme returns, pension increases, date & GMP exercises, buy-in & buy-out, scheme implementations etc. In addition to this, the Projects Team Manager will regularly attend trustee and client meetings and will be responsible for managing a small team of Project Administrators & Senior Project Administrators, providing ongoing support, guidance, and professional development.
Key skills & experience:
* Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the pensions industry.
* In-depth knowledge of defined benefits schemes.
* Strong technical understanding of pension and actuarial calculations, and date projects.
* Excellent knowledge of pension legislation.
* Experience of attending trustee and client meetings.
