Job Description:
What’s on offer? 
* Join a high performing, friendly, approachable and down to earth firm and department  
* Be the first family fee earner within the Exeter office 
* Build out a team around yourself (as and when appropriate) 
* Hybrid working 
* This vacancy can be offered at Associate or Senior Associate level 
* Fantastic salary up to £80k+  
* A firm large enough to have clout, but small enough that you will feel fully supported and valued 
What will you do? 
* Run a broad privately funded family caseload 
* You should have expertise handling high-value and complex matters
* Matrimonial finance issues, divorce, and prenuptial agreements 
* You will have the opportunity to be involved in business development (with full support of a dedicated marketing team and wider team) 
What will you need? 
* To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive 
* Ideally at least 5 years’ PQE within family law   
* Enthusiasm to want to grow the Exeter base & wider department
* (Work will be available from the outset, this is not a build from scratch situation)
