Job Description:
R13 Recruitment are working alongside a long-standing, award-winning law firm to in their search for a Personal Assistant to join their Norwich-based team. You will be responsible for providing essential support to the Wills & Probate team, assisting with varied administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth running of business.
This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday - Friday and is offering a competitive salary depending on experience.

The day to day
* Providing varied administrative support to the senior team within a busy department, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
* Liasing with clients on behalf of the senior team, ensuring excellent client care is delivered at all times.
* Assisting with ad-hoc tasks a required.
You will have/be
* Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, with a legal background.
* Outstanding organisational skills, with a strong attention to detail, and ability to manage and prioritise workload.
* Strong communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
* Good IT skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms.
