An excellent opportunity for a Customer Engagement Representative to join a leading training provider, known for their innovative and professional approach.

A full-time office-based role based near Irthlingborough, this is a temporary to permanent role.

Monday to Friday 8.30am and 5.30pm and a 5pm finish on a Friday! The salary is £24,000pa.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage training enquiries and booking requests from a designated group of accounts.
* Proactively contact allocated accounts to increase bookings for both open and dedicated training courses.
* Respond to all enquiries professionally and within agreed timescales via telephone, email, or other tools as required.
* Provide advice and guidance on our training portfolio and related industry certification schemes.
* Support the management of training records and matrices for clients subscribing to a managed training service.
* Adapt standard processes to meet individual client needs.
* Ensure customer satisfaction to drive repeat and expansion business.
* Promote new products and services to the account base if suitable.
* Identify customer training requirements, generate quotes, and process bookings as necessary.
* Support the Customer Engagement function with relevant duties during peak workload times.
Candidate Profile:
* A background in customer service
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
