The Senior Office Administrator
The incoming Senior Office Administrator will ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting Senior Directors and PA’s
* Diary management
* Audio typing and taking meeting notes
* Compiling commercial building surveying reports
* Office management and administration
* Arranging travel bookings
* Ordering office supplies
* General office housekeeping (e.g., dishwasher, watering plants)
* Meeting and greeting visitors
* Setting up meeting rooms
* Training as a fire aider and fire marshal
* Filing and photocopying
* Answering reception phone using a switchboard
* Acting as a gatekeeper
* Handling postal deliveries
* Managing absences and holidays
The Senior Office Administrator
The perfect candidate will have:
* Experience in report writing and copy typing
* Proficiency in Microsoft programs
* Familiarity with Core and SharePoint (desired)
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong time management and multitasking abilities
* Experience in a legal or medical secretary role (desired)
* Proven experience in office administration, secretary, or PA roles
