The opportunity:. We are looking for Tutors to provide support to students on a 1:1 basis to start ASAP using a nurturing approach .. The Tutor will support with mostly core subjects (Mathematics and English). You will be a vital part of their development so the ideal candidate will have a patient and empathetic attitude.. This role will be for a post-16 student who will need ongoing support (10 hours a week, 2 hour lessons per day) in maths and English.. To be eligible for this role you must:. * Hold the right to work in the UK. * Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application. * Provide two professional references covering 2 years. Qualifications needed:. * QTS / PGCE or equivalent- ideal but not essential. * Relevant teaching experience. * Be creative and patient.
