Job Description:
A housing association are looking for a part-time HR Manager (3 days a week) to lead on the full employee life-cycle. The role is based in London and offers hybrid working with a potential start from September.

A HR Manager to:
* Manage the full employee life-cycle and provide a strategic partnering approach to develop the HR function
* Provide generalist support on ER, recruitment, L&D and overall HR advice
* Oversee the delivery of the learning & development work, ensuring employee are trained and have continuous development
* Undertake training needs analysis and coordinate training where necessary
* Manage complex employee relations issues including disciplinaries, capability and grievances
* Coach and advise line managers of HR best practice
* Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
* Effectively line manage and support the HR Business Partner
* Ensure HR policies and processes are up to date, and meet the organisation needs
* Develop and maintain effective communication with the Trade Unions
Profile
A HR Manager with:
* Substantial experience of working in a HR generalist role
* Previous experience within a housing association or not-for-profit
* Previous experience working in a multi-site setting desirable
* Previous line management experience necessary
* Able to start from September
* Experience of working in a unionised environment
* Level 5 or above CIPD qualified desirable
Job Offer
* Part time HR Manager role (3 days a week)
* £60,000 FTE per annum
* Based in London with hybrid working
