An education organisation are looking for an interim Talent Acquisition Partner to join on a 12-18 month FTC. The role is to lead on academic recruitment as well as support on any relevant projects. The role is based in London and offers hybrid working.

Description
A Talent Acquisition Partner with:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, headhunting, screening and interviewing through to onboarding
- Line manage x1 individual: coach and upskill this individual
- Lead on senior recruitment campaigns
- Create and deliver tools and processes to identify and map talent
- Develop new ways to source candidates and manage a talent pipeline
- Develop a strong network within the education community
- Support on different projects including a system integration, and oversees recruitment campaign
- Provide advise and guidance to managers
- Training managers on how to use the system effectively
- Ensure safer recruitment and safeguarding are adhered to
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Analyse and report on your talent pipeline to ensure you’re delivering to agreed SLAs
- Lead on any international recruitment, and have a good understanding of international visas
- Support on the management of the PSL and agency relationships
Profile
A Talent Acquisition Partner with:
- Previous experience working in an education setting or with academics essential
- Previous end to end recruitment experience essential
- Previous experience leading projects essential
- Able to start from Mid August to September
- Someone who can work collaboratively in a supportive environment
- Experience of managing oversees recruitment and international visas essential
