We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Estates Operative to join our team in Haringey. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of various properties and estates
The Role
* Conducting routine inspections and maintenance of properties.
* Performing general repairs, cleaning, and gardening tasks.
* Responding to emergency maintenance requests.
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Keeping accurate records of work completed and reporting any issues.
The Candidate
* Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
* A valid UK driving license and willingness to travel between properties.
* Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
