Leading property development company requires an efficient temporary fire door installer to assist with the instillation and maintenance of the fire doors at one of their student accomodation sites.
Duties:
* Install new fire doors
* Carry out repairs on existing fire doors
* Complete works in line with the manufacture’s specification
* Document works on a step-by-step basis, ensuring evidence is taken accurately
The Succesful Candidate Will Have:
* A strong background in carpentry and joinery
* Experience installing fire doors and frames
* Experience carrying out repais to fire doors and frames
* Experience working in student accomodation or BTR sites
* MUST have FIRAS accreditation
