£18 - £20 p/h
Contract
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Facilities Officer to join our team in Newham. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our facilities.
The Role
* Managing and supervising the facilities team.
* Ensuring all facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
* Overseeing maintenance, repairs, and refurbishment projects.
* Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Liaising with contractors and service providers.
* Developing and implementing facilities management policies and procedures.
* The depot operates 24/7, you must be willing to work late evenings and weekends when required.
The Candidate
* Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a senior role.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* A thorough understanding of health and safety regulations.
* Strong budget management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Relevant qualifications in facilities management or a related field.
