Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Solicitor to join the growing team. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in providing commercial legal advice and support to a varied client base.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a range of clients from innovative start-ups to established multinational corporations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing comprehensive legal advice on commercial matters 
* Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements including Terms & Conditions, distribution agreements and IT contracts
* Advising start-up businesses on legal structures, funding, and intellectual property issues
* Supporting charities with legal and regulatory compliance, governance issues, and commercial transactions
* Assisting SMEs and privately owned businesses with their legal needs, from company formation to commercial dispute resolution
* Managing relationships with multinational corporations, ensuring compliance with UK law and facilitating international transactions
* Contributing to business development efforts and building strong relationships with clients
* Keeping up-to-date with changes in legislation and legal best practices relevant to commercial law
Key Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE in commercial law
* Extensive experience in handling a diverse range of commercial legal matters
* Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate governance, and compliance
* Proven ability to manage complex transactions and provide pragmatic legal advice
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of clients
* A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Experience in advising start-ups, charities, and SMEs is highly desirable
* A client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
