Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive – Torquay, Devon 1 year +

What will you do? 
* Handle a varied caseload of both civil & commercial litigation matters 
Matters will include (but not limited to):
* Landlord and tenant matters, contract disputes, shareholder and director disputes, construction work, property & planning disputes and professional negligence
* You will be able to engage with clients and build strong relationships
* You will often be acting for local owner managed businesses & SMEs 
What will you need? 
* To be a qualified litigation solicitor or legal executive 
* Lawyers with at least one year of litigation experience are encouraged to apply
