About the Role: 
In this role, you will provide vital support to fee earners across a range of private client matters, including:
* Will drafting
* Tax planning
* Estate administration
* Trust administration
* Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
* Court of Protection matters
Key Responsibilities
* Document Production: Create documents and correspondence as directed by lawyers to include drafting your own simple Wills and LPAs
* Telephone Handling: Efficiently manage telephone enquiries and general calls
* Task Assistance: Assist with tasks as delegated by lawyers
* File Management: Accurately and promptly set up new files and matters based on lawyer instructions
Team Structure:
* Leadership: Partner-led team
* Support Role: Assist two other fee earners
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Literacy Skills: Has good literacy skills and understands the importance of secretarial/administrative support
* Technical Skills: Is proficient in MS Word and other Office products
* Professional Experience: Has experience working in a professional environment, preferably a law firm
* Team Player: Is a good team player with a willingness to support others and a positive "can-do" attitude
* Personal Traits: Is enthusiastic, flexible, efficient, and possesses a friendly manner for dealing with clients and colleagues
