Hybrid Working Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive - Plymouth 
This very well-respected commercial property team is looking to expand and add an additional solicitor or legal executive to its busy department

What will you do? 
* You will be able to run a caseload of Commercial Property matters
* Advise on either a broad caseload including all of the below, OR specialise in: 
* HouseBuilders (Mainly regional & SME housebuilders & developers) 
* Corporate occupier’s (high profile, regional & London based)  
* Advising the "third sector" not for profit organisations, co-operatives & social enterprise corporate entities 
* Support clients through site acquisition and strategic land assembly
* Handle a broad caseload of sales, purchases, leases, lease management and bank finance work 
What will you need? 
* To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
* Newly Qualified solicitors are encouraged to apply
* Commercial Property experience - (having completed a seat in commercial property will be fine)
* Some development experience would be helpful but is not essential
* You will enjoy working as a team and celebrating successes, large or small 
* Enjoying business development is not essential for this role - you will not be included in marketing activities if you don’t enjoy it
