A leading Manchester based law firm with an enviable client base are looking to make a key hire into their Employment law team. The successful candidate will have acquired upwards of 8 years PQE and spent the latter part of their career in a good Manchester or regional environment. Salary is upwards of £100,000 with excellent benefits.

You will join a small, established Employment Law team, at Legal Director level, reporting to the Head of Department. The day to day will vary and be orientated around the provision of employment law advice to UK based corporates that will include the subsidiaries of some of the world’s biggest companies. Employment Law Solicitors will be busy enough with the existing caseload, but some corporate following or a demonstrable ability to build out relationships and secure new work, will unlock the higher salary levels.
