Join a reputable law firm in East London, looking for a 1+PQE Immigration solicitor.
 
Responsibilities:
* Prepare appeal bundles and visa applications for corporate and private clients.
* Provide expert advice on Immigration Law, Human Rights Law, British Nationality Law, EU Appendix laws, Skilled Worker, Innovator, Startup, Sole Representative, and more.
* Manage client applications, including Points System, Sponsor license, Spouse/Partner Visa, Indefinite Leave to Remain, and Nationality and Citizenship applications.
* Work independently, coordinating with clients and third parties, and communicating with the Home Office and Tribunal.
* Handle visa applications inside and outside the UK, especially fiancée and spouse UK visas.
* Preference for candidates with experience in the commercial aspects of immigration, including fee quoting, network building, and ensuring excellent client service.
* Business Immigration experience is a plus.
