Private Client Solicitor * Location: Gloucester

A well-established legal practice with over 250 years of service in Gloucestershire, is looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join their team. This role offers the chance to be part of an exciting, client-focused firm that values staff development, technological advancement, and a positive working culture.
Day to Day of the role: * Handle a range of Private Client work including the preparation of Wills, administration of Estates, Tax Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection Orders.
* Engage in the firm’s marketing, article drafting, PR, business development, social media, and networking activities.
* Develop professional skills through internal and external training opportunities.
* Provide specialist advice for elderly clients and demonstrate a strong understanding of estate planning, trusts, and tax principles.
Required Skills & Qualifications: * Circa 3 years PQE in Private Client work.
* STEP or SFE qualification is preferred but not essential.
* Strong understanding of Wills, estate planning, trusts, and tax principles.
* Experience with Lasting Powers of Attorney and elderly client advice.
* Excellent written communication skills with attention to correct grammar and plain English.
* Enthusiastic, willing, and a strong team player with a good balance between technical ability and commercial awareness.
* Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, and IT proficiency.
