Senior Associate - Family Law * Location: Cheltenham

* Salary: £60.000 - £75.000
A prestigious independent legal practice with over 35 years of experience is seeking an ambitious Senior Associate to join one of the largest family teams in Gloucestershire. This is a pivotal role for the continued development and growth of the family team and the wider business.
Day to Day of the role: * Proactively handle a varied caseload of private family matters including Child Arrangement Orders, Divorce, Matrimonial Finance, Post Nuptial Arrangements, and Cohabitation Disputes.
* Engage in business development activities to further enhance the firm’s reputation and client base.
* Supervise and mentor junior fee earners and trainees.
* Utilise case management systems effectively to manage cases and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications: * A minimum of 8 years PQE in family law is desirable, but candidates with more or less experience will also be considered.
* A proven track record of handling a varied caseload of private family matters.
* Demonstrable achievement of career and financial goals with strong commercial awareness.
* Experience in business development and a passion for growing the practice.
* Experience in supervising and mentoring junior staff members.
* Proficiency in using case management systems.
