About the Business. Our client is a rapidly growing boutique consultancy business seeking a dedicated Financial Systems Accountant to join their team. As a key member, you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day operational support for their clients’ finance system implementation, focusing predominantly on Workday. Responsibilities. . * Work within a dynamic team dedicated to managing finance system configurations and optimisations within businesses across all industries, sectors across the UK & abroad.. * Provide day-to-day operational support for finance system users.. * Build relationships with finance and non-finance stakeholders within the businesses that you’re consulting.. * Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and integrations.. * Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to understand requirements and challenges.. * Support the delivery of configuration changes and review new system features.. * Participate in and manage finance system implementation-related projects.. Key Requirements. . * Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, computer science, or related field.. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in ERP system administration, configuration, and/ or optimisation.. * Familiarity with ERP finance project processes.. * Strong understanding of financial systems and business processes.. * Experience in an ERP finance system support / "super user" role.. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.. * Experience working within a finance team within a business; understanding of the challenges faced and the benefits a efficient ERP system can bring. * Technical background covering multiple technologies, with a quick ability to learn new areas..
