We are seeking an HR Co-Ordinator with strong communication skills, who thrives in a team-centric environment to join our Human Resources team in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector. This role will be based in Wetherby.

Description
The role of the HR Co-Ordinator will include:
* Coordinating HR policies and procedures.
* Assisting with internal and external HR related inquiries.
* Organising, maintaining, and updating employee HRIS information as needed.
* Coordinating training sessions and seminars.
* Facilitating employee development programs.
* Assisting with performance management procedures.
* Scheduling meetings, interviews, HR events and maintaining agendas.
* Performing orientations and update records of new staff.
Profile
A successful HR Co-Ordinator should have:
* Previous experience within a similar role, ideally a manufacturing background
* CIPD level 3 qualified or above
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* A strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
* Proficiency in HRIS and databases.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations.
* Strong ability to work well in a team and across all management levels.
Job Offer
A salary range between £26,000 and £30,000 per annum.
