Job Title: Practice and Innovation Lead. Service: Homelessness Prevention. Salary: £44,000 - £50,000. Location: Scotland - hybrid with central office based in Glasgow. . My client is looking for a Practice & Innovation Lead to work alongside the Head of Homelessness and Prevention to lead the service strategy. Working within the different service groups including alcohol and substances, mental health and learning disabilities, you will assist with the operations, coordination and delivery of the Homelessness and Prevention forum.. . Key Responsibilities. * Oversee and assist in managing the service and non-service specific developments.. * Work closely with stakeholders, building and maintain relationships by creating engagement plans. * Take the lead on practice developments, nationally and internationally. * Ensure that homelessness and prevention standards are consistent across all services. * Ensure best practice by working closely with the Policy and Business Development Officers. . Experience/Qualifications. * Educated to degree level or able to demonstrate reporting ability. * Hold a relevant qualification i.e community development, housing, health and social care, public policy. * Experience and knowledge of delivering homelessness and prevention services. * Ability to recognise challenges and address them to find the best solution. * Leadership skills. * Excellent communication skills i.e written, verbal, social media.
