Job Description:
Our client is known as a "collaborative" legal firm who believe that investing in their staff is investing in their clients.
They are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join them.
This is a part time role, perfect for candidates who are looking for school hours.
What will you be doing?
* Switchboard duties - answering, forwarding, directing and screening all external and internal calls across the firm.
* Greeting clients/visitors/staff.
* Booking meeting rooms and managing calendar.
* Providing refreshments and client care for visitors.
* Setting up meeting rooms and restocking comfort items; making sure rooms are clean and presentable throughout the day.
* Sorting incoming and outgoing post.
* First aider & fire marshal responsibilities.
* Witnessing and signing of official documentation as and when required.
What will you bring?
* Previous experience as a front house receptionist
* Confident and well presented
* Excellent interpersonal skills, team worker
* Strong IT skills
