Business Manager
Rate: £19.02 - £24.27 PAYE (inclusive of holiday pay)
Location: Bath (Hybrid)
Hours: Full time

Venn Group are currently working with an NHS organisation in the South West, who are seeking a Business Manager to provide strategic and operational management of the COO office.
Main duties of the job:
* Provide business support to the Chief Operating Officer and the senior team and deal with the day-to-day operational issues within the Chief Operating Officer’s Office
* Manage and develop the implementation of effective office systems, control processes, budget management and bids control and evaluation, and risk management arrangements
* Support the Chief Operating Officer’s team in operational elements to achieve all standards
* Support the Chief Operating Officer’s team in the monitoring of compliance with internal and external governance and best practice requirements
* Undertake specific areas of project work on behalf of the Chief Operating Officer’s office, including business cases and recruitment processes
* Drive and manage the preparation of the department business plan, ensuring business plans are prepared by all functions within the Chief Operating Officer’s office
* Participate in meetings with members of management teams and administrative staff
Essential Skills:
* NHS experience or equivalent of managing programmes of work, particularly service development and facilitating and managing change across a complex health system
* Experience of working in partnerships across multiple organisations to secure change
