Role Overview
The busy residential conveyancing department is seeking an experienced conveyancing paralegal with expertise in plot sales. As the successful candidate, you will play a vital role in managing plot sales transactions and ensuring a smooth process for clients.
Specific Responsibilities
* Liaison and Communication: * Liaise with estate agents, developers and buyers’ lawyers to facilitate transactions
* Request redemption figures and coordinate with lenders to release plots from security

* Documentation and Reporting: *  Assist in the preparation of the sale contract pack
* Report to clients with contracts to sign and handle buyers’ lawyer enquiries

* Administrative Duties: * Proficiently use Excel to prepare weekly reports for developers
* Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of the role
* Demonstrate a polished telephone manner and excellent organisational skills

Key Skills and Experience
* Experience: * Proven experience as a conveyancing paralegal with a focus on plot sales

* Skills: * Strong liaison skills with estate agents, developers and legal professionals
* Proficient in Excel for reporting and documentation purposes
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
* Polished telephone manners and effective communication skills
