Job Description:
A new exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a growing organisation as a HR Business Partner. 

The role offers an opportunity for development of culture, reward strategy and recognition for all employees. The role will develop policies and best practices to support managers to achieve their business objectives and offer an operational approach dealing with projects, assignments and case work.  The broad areas include employee relations, performance management, employee development reward and employee engagement.

The successful candidate will:
* Have operated in a fast-paced commercial environment, providing sound pragmatic advice to line managers proactively as well as reactively.
* Be able to demonstrate an evidence-based approach to diagnosing issues and challenges and also in developing solutions.
* Have developed effective people-management skills and be able to ’role model’ these skills to key stakeholders and managers.
* Invests in their network to stay up-to-date with key developments in the HR/ people management space.
* Will be passionate about development for self as well as the potential of employees.
* Demonstrate experience in managing change projects, redundancy, acquisition or other relevant HR projects.
Key skills and experience required:
* Be actively studying for CIPD 5 or equivalent.
* Have a degree in relevant discipline (ideally HR or equivalent).
* Is familiar with UK employment legislation.
* Able to operate suit of Microsoft Office packages, in particular Excel, Word and PPT.
* Will be skilled in using HR technology and creating reports which bring valued insight to the business.
* Strong written skills with proven ability to draft policies, procedures and reports.
* Understands the importance of wellbeing in the world of work and has effective strategies for personal resilience.
* Demonstrates an open communication style with ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
This is a full-time permanent role, 40 hours per week on a hybrid basis and a full benefits package is available.   Salary offered will be dependent upon experience.
