Role and Responsibilities. * Teach Motor Mechanics: Deliver engaging and practical motor mechanics lessons to KS4/5 students.. * Support SEN Pupils: Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of students with social, emotional, and mental health needs.. * Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and planning of the motor mechanics curriculum.. * Student Assessment: Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their potential..
