Job Description:
TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well-established high-street law firm, looking for a Conveyancing Legal Assistant to work in a growing Property department. As a Conveyancing Legal Assistant, you will be integral to the team working alongside an experienced Solicitor, Paralegals, and Legal Assistant. The role promises a high volume of administrative responsibilities, offering the chance to refine your skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Handle initial client inquiries professionally, providing accurate cost estimates.Manage incoming calls from clients and external parties, ensuring top-notch client service.Coordinate contract packs, Land Registry documents, and searches.Carry out pre-completion searches and set up completions.Oversee office post to ensure efficient document managementSupport team targets with a collaborative approach. Essential Criteria:
Strong communication and client care skillsPrevious experience of assisting on a Residential Conveyancing caseloadProficient typing skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.Familiarity with case management systems.
