Search Consultancy are recruiting on behalf of a very exciting business who are looking for a Key Account Executive to join their sales team on a permanent basis, based in London.. This role offering £35,000 as a basic, with commission also to be earnt monthly, OTE expected to be £50,000. This is a sales-based role, working Monday - Friday, working 09:00 - 17:30, occasionally visiting agencies where necessary. Hybrid working can be offered after the training/probation period.. A key requirement for this role is a minimum of 2 years experience in the umbrella industry.. The ideal candidate will be someone who has strong sales experience and can develop relationships that deliver profitable business and enhance our already well-established reputation with recruitment agencies.. The Role:. * Supporting and partnering with the Key Account Director in managing and nurturing our key accounts, to maintain and grow business relationships. * Increase the number of referring consultants and enquiries within the patch. * Acting as a main point of contact for clients and their needs along with the Key Account Director. * Working collaboratively with Key Account Advisors to address and resolve agency queries. * Attend face to face agency visits, and some hospitality where required. . The Person:. * Hardworking and approachable. * Sales and customer service skills. * Strong communication skills, including active listening. * Has a passion for excellent client service. * Strong networking and relationship building skills. * Superior organisation skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal support. . Requirements:. * B2B sales experience, ideally within a field sales role. * Experience in exceeding call targets of 50+ per day. * To have worked within a similar role where the expectations split between sales and support.
