Job Title: Estimating Bid Manager
Location: Bournemouth
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000
Job Type: Permanent
The Role
* Participate in tender adjudication, document submission, and client meetings throughout the tender process.
* Prepare competitive tenders and estimates for building projects.
* Consider factors such as technical, materials, transportation, fabrication, and erection costs.
* Evaluate key interface packages including metal decking, precast stairs, edge protection, and intumescent fire protection, among others.

The Candidate
* A minimum of 3 years of estimating or quantity surveying experience.
* Be competent in reading from engineers’ and architects’ drawings.
* A background in fabrication would be advantageous, but not essential.
