We’re seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at our esteemed residential care homes in Southport & Lancashire. As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional, person-centred care to our residents who require Reablement support on their journey back to independent living.

Your Role:
As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll be responsible for:
* Providing high-quality care and support to our residents, including physical, emotional, and social care needs
* Leading by example and mentoring junior staff members
* Maintaining accurate records and contributing to the overall well-being of the home
* Collaborating with the care team to ensure that each resident receives tailored, person-centred care
What We Look For:
* 2+ years’ experience working as a SCA in a care home setting
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
* Compassion, empathy, and a passion for delivering exceptional care
* All SCA candidates are required to have an NVQ LEVEL 3 in Health and Social Care
