Description
* Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival at the clinic.
* Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members.
* Schedule and confirm appointments, surgeries, and follow-up visits.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in our database.
* Process client payments and manage billing inquiries.
* Assist in managing the inventory of office and medical supplies.
* Communicate effectively with veterinary staff regarding patient needs and appointments.
* Provide basic information to clients about clinic services, policies, and procedures.
* Handle client concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
* Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Profile
* Previous experience in a veterinary clinic, medical office, or customer service role is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine love for animals.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
