We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Room Leader to help shape the future of our youngest learners.
About Us: Our nursery follows the Curiosity Approach, creating a home-from-home style setting where children can explore, discover, and grow in a safe and stimulating environment. As a part of our team, you will be instrumental in providing high-quality care and education, fostering a love for learning and curiosity in every child.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of dedicated nursery practitioners.
* Create and maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
* Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that align with the Curiosity Approach.
* Monitor and support the development of each child, ensuring they reach their full potential.
* Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on their child’s progress.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
Requirements:
* Level 3 Early Years Qualification or equivalent.
* Proven experience in a leadership role within an early years setting.
* Passion for the Curiosity Approach and a commitment to creating a nurturing, home-like environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
